Complete guide to our cancellation policies, terms and conditions for tour programs

Cancellation Charges

Tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to the following charges

Within 90 days

30% of Invoice amount

Festival Period

Thimphu, Wangdi, Paro, Bumthang Tsechu

Within 60 days

30% of Invoice amount

Regular Period
Within 30 days

50% of Invoice amount

Less than 20 days

75% of Invoice amount

After arrival / No show

100% of Invoice amount

Payment Policy: Once advance payment is made, the tour is 100% confirmed and no cancellation will be entertained.

Company Policy: Once logistics are confirmed, cancellations are only considered for exceptional reasons on a case-by-case basis.

Terms and Conditions of Tour Conduct

Hotels

All hotels are booked as per your request and confirmed fully by our company.

Meals

• All breakfast and dinner served at respective hotels where clients stay

• 1-2 dinners may be provided at company-selected restaurants

• All lunches served at local restaurants selected by the company

Note: Agents cannot select restaurants. Self-arranged meals will not be reimbursed.

Vehicle

Company will provide specified buses/vehicles as requested by the agent. Selection is final.

Guide

• 1 guide and driver provided depending on group size

• Additional guides provided for larger groups

Tips to guides, drivers and support staff are mandatory

FOC (Free of Charge) Policy

Government does not allow group or duration discounts (unlike post-COVID period).

Company FOC Offer

1 complimentary pax based on 15+1 pax group

• Applies only to service portion • SDF (Sustainable Development Fee) must still be paid
